Caring for Your Keepsake
Your piece has been carefully handcrafted and is designed to be treasured for years to come. Whether it holds a memory close to your heart or is simply something you love to wear, a little care will help preserve its beauty and meaning.
To clean the resin, gently polish it using a clean, dry cloth. Please avoid chemical cleaners, as these can react with and damage the resin. If absolutely necessary, mild soapy water may be used sparingly — just take care to keep the base of your pyramid completely dry.
Perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare products can affect resin over time. I recommend applying these first and allowing them to fully dry before wearing your jewellery. To protect your piece, always remove resin jewellery before showering or swimming.
Resin is sensitive to heat, so please keep your item away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and avoid storing it in hot environments such as a car. If the resin does become soft, place the item on a flat surface — ideally on the tissue paper it was originally wrapped in — and allow it to harden naturally without handling.
If your keepsake includes surgical-grade stainless steel, it can be gently cleaned with warm, mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly to maintain its shine, and avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaners.
Please also be mindful when wearing your jewellery, as snagging on clothing can place stress on ring settings or pendant attachments. I recommend removing your jewellery before getting dressed to help protect these delicate components.
If your piece is being given as a gift, I suggest presenting it in the box and tissue paper provided. Some gift wraps contain acids that may damage resin over time.
Thank you for trusting us with something so special. With gentle care, your keepsake can continue to hold its story — and your memories — safely for years to come.
