My Memorial Heart Charms with Snake Chain Bracelet offer a beautiful way to keep the memory of a loved one or cherished family pet close. Each charm is lovingly crafted from stainless steel and is available in stainless steel, 18ct gold plated, or 18ct rose gold plated. The charms are also compatible with Pandora bracelets.

Choose from a selection of base colours and metallic leaf shades, with thoughtful options for presenting ashes or hair within the design.

Each charm measures 12mm wide, 10mm deep, with a 5.5mm opening.

Paired with a stainless steel snake chain bracelet in sizes 6, 7, 8, or 9 inches, each piece fastens securely with a lobster claw clasp.
