My Memorial Heart Charms offer a tender way to keep the memory of a loved one or cherished family pet close to your heart. Each piece is bespoke and thoughtfully designed with you, creating a keepsake to be treasured, shared, or passed down through generations.

Crafted from stainless steel, the charms are available in stainless steel, 18ct gold plated, or 18ct rose gold plated. The high-grade stainless steel option is non-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and beautifully polished to resemble silver. As an added touch, the charms are compatible with Pandora bracelets.

Choose from a range of base colours and metallic leaf shades, with gentle options for presenting ashes or other personal inclusions within the design.

Each charm measures 12mm wide, 10mm deep, with a 5.5mm opening.
